The snowshoe walk is very popular every year. Let’s walk on the vast snow field (pasture) with snowshoes!
You will surely find animal footprints!

Please register in advance and arrive at the Information Center 10 minutes prior to departure on the day of the tour.

Charge

Adults (junior high school students and older) 3,000 yen Children (5 years old to elementary school students) 2,000 yen Snowshoe rental fee 500 yen
*Admission fee to Makibaen will be charged separately.

Wear ski wear, snow boots, hat, gloves, etc.
Sunglasses or goggles are also recommended to protect against ultraviolet rays from the snowfield.

Application

Please apply for a reservation form at least 3 days prior to the date of the event.

precautions

In case of stormy weather, the event will be cancelled. In case of cancellation, you will be notified by e-mail by the evening of the day before.
If you feel unwell or sick during the tour, please consult the guide.
Children (elementary school students and younger) are not allowed to participate in the tour alone. Children (elementary school age and younger) are not allowed to participate in the tour alone.
Pets are not allowed to join the tour.
