Shinkansen(Tohoku, Akita)
By train (Tazawako Line)

You can get off at Morioka Station on the JR Tohoku and Akita Shinkansen lines and take a local bus or cab.

By bus or cab

Take a bus bound for "Koiwai Farm Makibaen" from No. 10 bus stop in front of JR Morioka Station (about 17 km, about 35 minutes).

Fare: 730 yen for adults, 370 yen for children (as of April 2024)

Buses are closed during the winter.
However, during the "KOIWAI Winter Lights Ginga Farm Night", extra buses will be in service.
