You can get off at Morioka Station on the JR Tohoku and Akita Shinkansen lines and take a local bus or cab.

Take a bus bound for "Koiwai Farm Makibaen" from bus stop No. 10 in front of JR Morioka Station (about 17 km, about 35 minutes).
