Saturday, August 1 – Sunday, August 23, 2026

8:45 – 17:15 (7.5 hours actual work)
*There will be a total of 1 hour break time, including meal time. Depending on the workplace to which you are assigned, you may be required to take your breaks in separate periods.
(e.g., 30 minutes for meal break, 30 minutes for free break, etc.)
*Please bring your own lunch.
1,050 yen *Overtime allowance: 1,312 yen/hour
Wages are paid by bank transfer to the designated financial institution on the 10th of the following month after the month-end closing.
Payment must be made to an account in the name of the part-time worker. If you do not have an account, please open one by the day you start work once you are notified of employment.
Those who drive to work will receive a commuting allowance based on the distance.
However, those who ride in the car of a Koiwai Farm employee are not eligible for this allowance.
Commuter buses are also available during the part-time period. (Morioka Station→Mae-Kunen→Aoyama Town→Takizawa NT→Koiwai Farm Makibaen)
*The number of work days will be adjusted at each work site.
(1) Admission control
Information at the entrance, ticket sales and checking
(2) Restaurant Service
Guiding customers, serving food, and clearing tables at the restaurant
(iii) Restaurant kitchen
Serving ingredients, preparing food, washing dishes and griddles
4) Farm Kitchen
Customer service, sales, and simple cooking (soft serve ice cream, etc.) at the store
(5) Shops (Sanroku-kan Koiwai Premium Shop and stores outside the park)
Souvenir display, product set up, bagging
6) Horse Park
Assisting with horseback riding experiences, guiding customers, assisting with feeding events, and stable work
7) Archery
Selling arrows and removing arrows from targets
8) Farm Patrol
Operation of experience facilities, customer guidance (explanation of use, etc.)
⑨ Rentals and Photo Sales
Reception for equipment rentals and photo sales
⑩Cleaning of restrooms
Cleaning of restrooms in the park, garbage collection
(11) Parking lot maintenance and landscaping of the park
Guidance of parking lot during busy season, landscape maintenance work in the park
⑫ Event Operations Assistant
Assisting with crowd control for attractions within the park

*For those who do not have a car, a shuttle bus will pick you up at Koiwai Station. Please take the JR Tazawako Line train departing Morioka Station at 9:58 AM and arriving at Koiwai Station at 10:11 AM. If you wish to use the bus, please indicate so in the remarks column of the application form.
